I have horrible rosacea and this was able to cover all of my redness with what seems like very little product. I wish it was more affordable and that’s my only complaint.

Being 68yrs young, I wasn't sure if the products would work as nice on my mature dry skin, as it does on younger skin...but IT DOES! I absolutely love the way my skin looks after application of both the 'primer' and makeup. Application couldn't be easier or faster. I also really like the 'remover' as it leaves my skin clean and prepped, ready for my moisturizer. I am a customer for life!

Ordering was not easy - it took me 4 times to complete order! Delivery was slow. Additional items that I hadn't order were included in my order -tripling my bill! Plus the actual coverage once I applied the product was non existent-my redness wasn't concealed, the black smudges under eyes wasn't concealed and it was caky in spots even though I had applied the Velvet Veil serum and Hydrating primer.

The timeliness of my order was remarkable. It came the day before I ran out! So I continued my flawless makeup beauty tricks with Luminess. Thank you for perfecting your products to make it quick and easy to apply.

I got request asking for my opinion but hadn't received product yet. Product did finally come and as of yet, I have not tried it as I had major surgery and been in hospital since January 9th. I think product arrived on January 11th. We had a snow and ice storm that might be reason for delay. I'm not upset about that I'm anxious to find out if I have right color. I only used it one time so far you have to give people time to use it more than one

I placed an order and for some reason or another I received several things that I didn’t order called in and they were very helpful and they gave me the products for all on a very discounted price .

This foundation doesn’t blend well on my skin. It’s too light and my skin is dry

I didn’t order all the things that came. I only ordered a make up. So I have decided to send it all back. I am 72 years old and just don’t use all those products. Please instruct on how to return. Sincerely Shirley Taylor

I liked the makeup , but the brush totally fell apart! It was all over me and the counter!

Ì received òrder and missing primer and makeup eraser spray and was told it would be mailed later and I thought I ordered lighter shade of foundation but I had medium and was told I could exchange it but would lose trial offer and I had nit open or broke seals on items and just said this was to much to deal with and requested to send all back I am sipping items back tomorrow and that was a waste to pay shipping and did not even use products I don't think I will do business with them again poor customer service and rep was rude as hell

I'm not a big makeup wearer but wanted something for going out that was light and easy. I used 1 small spray where it covered half my face which was much less than I expected. It blends easily with the brush. I thoroughly enjoy these products

It goes on light and non-cakey!

I ordered this in error and called customer service. They canceled the autoship and refunded my money. Great company to work with and may try to this use these products in the future. Thank you for all of your quick responses and the ease with which you were to work with.

They say you can trial their makeup and return for a refund, they will not acknowledge your request to return it, they will charge you for the shipment and continue to charge you for a subscription that you did not enroll in without sending you any product. Complete SCAM and makeup is awful!

I tried the Luminess product they sent to me. . I didn’t like them. I have older skin. Also there were no instructions as to if I should use a moisturizer. Nothing as to what I should do.Only some photos I tried the tutorial it was ok My face looked and felt dry looking. The advertising was very convincing though. It didn’t take away my fine lines. It enunciated them instead. I washed my face at night too remove the makeup and my face was stinging. The ingredients are strong. Especially the thought that I was using Butane to distribute the product. All I could smell all day was that butane. I will be calling the company for a full refund This is my opinion. I’m sure the company has many satisfied customers. Unfortunately I am not one of them😘

Where do we get information on returning the stuff I have not even used it

I placed my order in December. I didn’t receive it until January 9 then when I went to go use the brush, it fell apart make up seems to be good. I only used it once so far.
