Bicycle arrived with different (cheap - not genuine giant) wheels. Seller instead of good will , defend him self telling bunch of rubbish. Not recommended at ALL.

Purchased a bike online in their bank holiday weekend sale and arranged for click and collect at their soho store. Transaction went through fine and I was called a few days later to say as much although due to a busy weekend there would be a slight delay in processing the order. Called again a week later to be told they couldn't satisfy the order and my credit card had been refunded. During this time the model of bike I was interested in had since sold out at the other online stores and so am now unable to get the bike from anywhere. H2gear email received shortly afterwards to suggest I buy another of their bikes - they must be joking!

Great product and price, communication of delivery could be improved as received no indication of delivery until a txt from U.K. mail on day of delivery. An email/ txt to say your item has been dispatched/ track facility would be good.

Great price for excellent Giant Bike,the bike was set up fully and just handlebars and brake to put on all very simple. Ordering was an easy process and all questions answered fully and happily.Great thanks .

It would be 5 stars, apart from the courier service used. Which I know is not H2gears fault, but the rating is for the complete transaction.

I hadn't heard of H2gear before this purchase but with great prices and speedy delivery I'll definitely check them out again.

Needed replacement endura liner shorts, H2gear were the cheapest online. Delivery was very quick indeed! Impressive

Received promptly and following day it rained. Cycled home and stayed dry, slightly warm but luckily there are armpit air vents. Roll on the autumn weather cos I'm prepared and visible now.

Unlike a major UK cycle shop, H2 had a reasonable shipping charge to the Czech republic - that’s on top the fact that the sale item (Topeak Child Seat) was abou 60% less at H2. So what’s not to like. When I called prior to the purchase, I spoke to a real person, got the info I wanted. I got regular email updates on the status and the item arrived within 6 working days since I placed the order. The only reason I’m not giving H2 five stars is that the actual invoice came from Giant Store St Pauls rather than H2, which was a tad confusing. Everything was fine with the details but an unexpected email with the subject of “Receipt from Giant Store” landing in the inbox cause a bit of unease. But that was really just a small inconvenience. I would not hesitate to purchase cycling gear from H2 again.

I ordered a small item and it arrived very quickly. However, H2gear sent the wrong size and didn't have a replacement. It's a shame, as they appear to be a good business.
