My bike was packed in such a way that the front wheel was wrapped around the spokes of the other wheel and it was already scratched. It was also impossible to remove the front wheel from the way it was packed without causing further damage. I have now paid a lot of money for a bike which is already scuffed and scratched.

I ordered a bike from H2 Gear during their sale period and received a mixed experience from them. When speaking to them directly, the team were helpful, however, a couple of my emails were left unanswered. The main problem I had was that they managed to lose my bike, sending it to another customer (though they did say it was the courier's error though there was some confusion around who was at fault). Despite this problem, they did rectify it efficiently, keeping me up to date with how they were progressing, and I received the bike 4 days later than expected. The bike was well packaged, but the gears needed adjusting slightly, the front brake was rubbing and brake pads needed realigning. Nothing major, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.

Supposed next day delivery. Ordered exactly a week ago and still have not received anything, not even correspondence to explain a delay. Called the helpline multiple times and it just rings out. Nobody answering emails or their facebook page either. Only clothes ordered, not even a bike! Ordered for a cycling event yesterday, strongly considering opening a paypal dispute as I paid a lot of money for the goods. Starting to smell a scam. Not good enough!!

My item was delivered to the wrong address . They delivered to my billing address rather than my stated delivery home address . So I was then inconvenienced by having to go and collect

This was the first time I had used H2gear. Their range of products, price and customer service were first class. I had a couple of questions prior to buying my Specialised Hybrid bike. These were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Rachael and her colleagues. I would not hesitate in recommending H2gear to family and friends. Very good service,price ,and communication. I will definitely be returning as a customer!! The carrier they use isn't so good,delayed delivery twice,and two holes in the box. one hole was 10 cm across, the rear quick release was poking out!?!! Luckily the only damage was a scratch on the ultegra shifter. Not worth sending the bike back or complaining over.

Easy purchase, straightforward with no problems in the buying side. I was told my bike was being delivered between 4th and 8th September but when questioned I was informed that it was going to be assembled on 11th September and should be delivered during that week. Also told them I'm on holiday abroad from the 9th September till October and would not about to receive delivery. Very helpful in making sure the delivery details were changed ready for when delivery is ready. Plus, I got the new bike at a good cheap rate.

While the website promises next day delivery (or even same day delivery), my order seems to have disappeared into a vacuum. Since the original order, I have had zero communication from H2, and no bicycle. I resorted to ringing their customer service number, which turns out to be the Giant store in St. Paul’s. The chap I spoke to was dismissive of my concerns, said the delay to my order was due to the sale “didn’t you see the note on the site?”) and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. Terrible customer service and I still have no idea when I will receive the bicycle.

Ordered a bike in the sale. After 3 days They contacted me saying the bike was out of stock. However had seen it advertised in stock and at a higher price for two days after my purchase. If it was really out of stock why did it take 3 days to notify me? Of course being the remnants of last years model everyone else had sold out before i was notified. Not impressed.

Placed order only to receive an email on the delivery date stating unable to fulfil order. Complete joke as bike was still on website available to order after they said they could not fulfil delivery. Would of rated 0 stars

Bought a bike in their sale which was shown as "in stock" only to be told 4 days later that they needed to order it from the specialised warehouse. A bit annoying. But price was good... they just need a bit more openness in their website so you know likely timescales for delivery.

Would have given zero stars, as ordered a filll suspension bike over the bank holiday weekend only when I chased up on the wednesday told sorry it was not on stock and we Are doing a refund. Not given an option on alternative. Would not even try to buy from again.
