The bike itself is excellent and the delivery was prompt from H2 Gear. I'm disappointed however with the bike setup. The gears are all over the place and will not function with any consistency, given the bike has an ultegra group set fitted I'm presuming this is down to setup. Unfortunately I have no idea how to rectify the issue so will have to spend more money getting a local shop to set the bike up properly. This really is something I expected to be done

Ordered on Xmass day & was with me on the 29th 12 2016. The post it self. Alway check the cartridge to see what way it is fitted in the post before fitting it to your bike. (mine was set up for internal use so i had to swop it for external use's) Fitting it was easy. I had to cut down the out cable as well to fit my bike. First ride & all is good it works well. First few times it was a bit jerky but smoothed out after that. seat clamp is good & works well so far. (this is only after my first ride)

A small issue with a bike purchase left me a little worried about my options as I live 300 miles away but dealt with Louis from the store via email and he couldn't have been more helpful. I received A* service and a great result, would definitely recommend.

I purchased a Giant Propel bike. Having sent an email enquiry, I was not hopeful of being able to actually buy the bike, as I live outside the UK. I was pleasantly surprised by the way H2 Gear (specifically Louis their Marketing Manager) went out of their way to make sure they met my requirements. My bike arrived today and I am delighted both with the bike and the service provided by H2 Gear. Highly recommend them!!

Endura Humvee shorts - ordering was quick and painless, price was excellent (half price), the updates from H2gear were informative and quick and the delivery was bang on time. All in all, not sure what could have been improved with this - admittedly a sample of one purchase is not much to go on, but looks real good so far. Top job.
