I decided to purchase an ex-demo bike from H2. The Service and information received was 1st class right down to images provided to highlight cosmetic blemishes due to use by the H2 sponsored race team. More than accommodating with my requests and always a prompt and polite response to questions via email. Highly recommend. Good product, great service and good value. 👍

Good price and service from H2 gear but delivery went wrong and when they go wrong you are left with no contact. H2 gear were very helpful and the problem was resolved after 2 days.

Looking for a set of insoles for my cycling shoes, H2gear had just what I was after at the right price. Delivered within a few days of purchase, notification of when to expect the parcel helps make sure someone is around.

The item was dispatched almost as soon as I placed the order and arrived via DPD. Unfortunately there was an error and I was sent the wrong size but immediately I enquired about this it was sorted with an appropriate apology and I received the replacement as soon as I would have expected the original item from some places.

Extremely helpful and patient I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for a quality purchase with excellent customer service and competitive price.

I bought a pair of bicycle shorts online and went into the store for a size exchange. Found out the store price was much lower than the price online and the price difference was not refunded to me. Beware of purchases on the H2 website!

Bike was great value for money, ordered on a Thursday with the message order now for next day delivery. Expecting on the Friday, however was told at 17.00pm that the person who would service the bike was off sick so wouldn't be able to deliver as they stated on the website. Said it was a little of an inconvenience as had plans for it over the weekend, the member of staff said if I wasn't happy I could have a refund which I thought was a little extreme. The bike ended up arriving on the Tuesday in a battered box. Bike had a few marks but it was bought as an ex demo so not sure if they were there before. Not a perfect service but good value for money.
