All fine and product arrived in good time however it was delivered to the billing address and not the delivery address. Also specified as a business address but delivered around 6pm.

My experience was brilliant. The bike turned up when it was due a well packaged. Just needed to put peddles and handlebars on and I was out on it.

Ordered item and although there was bank holiday in between my order and my cycling trip may it arrived within a few days well packaged and as described.

The items inordered were out of stock and I was informed of a possible delay. However they managed to get them to me without delay. Good communication and great price with free shipping.

Excellent fast service

There was a problem with my delivery - it was the first time anything I have ever ordered online has gone to the billing address instead of the specified delivery address. The mistake might have been aggravating but Louis' response was fantastic. He apologised, figured out what had gone wrong and immediately set about fixing it. A couple of days later and, and with no further hassle to me, the order had been collected and redelivered to the correct address. From a less than ideal start, to an effortless conclusion, it was a great turnaround. Thanks again!

The bike itself exceeds my expectations.It was well built by the dealer and took very little adjustment to be ready to ride. Delivery was delayed for a number of reasons and that was the only negative.
