Had an issue with overdraft and didn’t realize you get one every time you use debit card. The rep was great and told me and then her supervisor repaid them to me. What a great bank

My experience with Altra has been that I can reach out for help and have always received competent, reliable assistance. It is important to know that if I need help I can pick up the phone and talk to a person who speaks English I can understand.

Account was easy and inexpensive to open, their representative are professional and there is no lengthy waiting times.

Altra placed a hold on my card for fraud (that wasn't fraud...it was a transaction I was actually trying to complete). I asked me for a security code, which I entered, and still declined the transaction. Then, because of that, VISA placed a hold on my card. The process to remove the hold on my card was very painful. Altra - if you are going to put security measures in place, like sending me a code, that don't actually work, then why are you making do the extra step of the security measure? MAKE IT EASY ON YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

So, I tried the cash a check at Altra on 2nd st and the young girl refused to cash it.. she said her supervisor was busy so she couldn’t help me and when the other coworker came she asked him and he said no after making me wait over 20 min. Then she asked me if I was expecting that check making me feel I had stole it even tho she had my I d and all my information. I took my check and went to a different branch on 19th st. And they cashed it right away. Just wanna say I was deeply offended by all the questions and mainly their attitude. Very rude people and worse customer service ever. They really need to be trained on customer service. Will never step foot at this branch. Just awful!!!!!

I would like to give a shout-out for Matt Monsoor, Real Estate Closer II for a job well done. I was recenting working with him (I work for a title company) on a real estate closing that was a bit challenging. Matt did an awesome job communicating with me and keeping the closing running smoothly. Matt, you are awesome to work with!

Bari Owen helped me with a debt consolidation loan today and it was SO QUICK AND EASY! She was able to get me an amazing rate and within an hour of walking into the branch, I had e-sign documents sent to me to sign and send back. Give that woman a raise! So friendly and personable, treated me like family and truly wanted to help me.

Kathy Vongroven was very helpful and patient with my mother. Kathy was knowledgeable about the different types of accounts and knew exactly what I wanted for my mom. I had a few questions that she had to follow up on for me. She was timely in her response. Kathy went above and beyond!

Melody, my personal banker, was outstanding in every way. She has a dynamic personality and is kind, patient, and filled with knowledge. She is a student of her profession and knows it well. I'm so happy that she was the person who helped me open my personal and business checking accounts.

The question was answered right away and money deposited within a hour of talking with the representative.

Hello , I am not able to access neither my statement nor my account with Altra .I already have sent an email to members services on March 28th and still did not receive any reply .As well I cannot download the app . Thanks to advise how to have access to my account . Albert Haykal

Absolutely worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have never seen such Absolutely terrible customer service along with online banking. I will never have a loam though here again. And I promise to spread the news to everyone I know and also the dealership I went through are also being made aware of such terrible establishment. I have tried to make a payment on my loan and can not get any help on how to. I have tried online and that does not work. I have requested multiple phone calls and have not received those. And now recently they just emailed me and said my account as been reported late and sent to collections.
