I just opened my account yesterday, so I didn't know what to expect. As soon as I came in the door I was greeted and offered help by a teller. He helped me with some fast money management, paying off a few loans etc. He then referred me to another representative who opened my new accounts and transferred my current credit card to a new card with a better interest rate. I've never had such a helpful experience at a bank before. I definitely recommend Altra.

Using the drive up ATM at Altra was quick and easy. I was able to pick what denominations that I wanted my cash dispensed.

Dave Kroger has been Phenomenal everytime I reach out to him. I honestly couldn’t imagine how great it is to work with someone through a bank as I’ve done with him. This will be the bank I use for everything in the foreseeable future!!!! Anyone who needs someone who gets stuff done quicker than you could imagine this guy is someone you ask for!

My one comment is that there are times on weekends I may need some assistance....ie. locking myself out of my account. I'd like to see a Saturday that you're open or hsve an automated way to unlock an account without waiting till Monday. Thanks

I had an opportunity to work with Kaitlin at Altra recently to obtain a loan for a new automobile. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional in every interaction I had with her. She made the entire process seem easy and it was seamless. She even took the time to follow-up with me to ensure I was aware of the status of my application and the next steps. She really went above and beyond to ensure I was supported throughout the entire process. If I could give Kaitlin 10 stars, I would.

If anyone needs banking help, regardless if it is opening an account, advice on improving your credit, or taking out a loan, I highly recommend Altra. I have never had a bad experience at Altra. I work primarily with Anne Sprehn, who now works at the La Crescent, MN branch. She is a rock star and a genuinely good-hearted person. I highly reccomend working with her. She has helped me with my bank accounts, improving my credit, and now getting a loan for a more reliable vehichle.
