Instructions to set up online banking does not correlate with altra.org site to find online banking in upper right hand corner of screen. Tried many times and still cannot access or create account. Already am hating this service for my vehicle loan.

All I want to do is to have someone send money to my account from their altra account. I googled this and found altra pay, and I keep getting how to do it through Mobile. It says its for Desktop and Mobile, but the instructions are clearly for mobile only. It says to click "SEND MONEY" which is only in the mobile app, not the online banking home page.

I am leaving a 3 star review because we have not had difficulties until the last few months and have been banking here for 12+ years. My husband lost our debit card so we had them cancel it next thing I know they are telling me I owe $68 in overdrafts and they closed my checking account. I paid the overdraft and just kept my savings account open 2 months later I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency trying to collect the sane $68 I paid the credit union. Then this weekend I have had to help my 19 year old son deal with card holder and account services due to his card being locked over an app he buys stuff from atleast 3 times a week. We have called 9 times between the 2 agencies and they unlocked his card for about 2 hours before it locked again. So my son has no way to access his money until we go in on Monday when the lobby opens. So I guess if you work weekends or 1st shift be careful unless you can borrow money from someone because they said there is nothing they can do. Also I heard my son correct the card services employee 5 times on his gender and he still continued to call him Ms. he has a soft voice but when someone tells you point blank I am a male and would prefer to be addressed as such and their high employee still refers to you as Miss that is an issue.

In person service remains top notch, even though I prefer using phone service and the automated service works for simple general inquiries, but more complex situations require a live person.

My representative, I believe her name was Jane, was very friendly and informative. I called to add travel notes to my account and she even recommended a service to me for travel. While conversing I wondered if there were any branches in Washington state, and she let me know about the option to search partnered credit unions in the area. She was great.

I love my Credit Union! They are always helpful and pleasent which means so much. I needed help with setting up a bill pay and figuring out dates and amounts. He welcomed me in, he knew me from prior visits. He honestly took his time and asked some of the others in the office so we could get to the best solution for what I needed. My only wish is that there was a branch in Northeast Rochester where I live and work.
