Everyone did an amazing job

Absolutely in love with my ring. The one downside was the wait I had to endure to get it. When I first ordered, it stated it would take 2-3 weeks. I had to wait 6 weeks. When reaching out to customer service, I would get generic answers. I wish there was a progress bar that stated where the ring was in production, kind of like they do at dominoes, you know where your pizza is at at every step. It would also be useful to have customer service reach out to let you know they will ship the ring that way you can arrange delivery if you are not available. Besides that, my ring is gorgeous and I am completely in love with it.

As a first time buyer, my initial experience left me with a lot to be desired. Given the size of the purchase (close to $8k), I guess I was expecting better. Their portal caused a lot of anxiety since out was hardly ever accurate. Their customer service reps weren’t great, as I had some rude encounters throughout. Having said that, and with them knowing my experience wasn’t good, they reached out and made me whole to make up for the inconvenience. I have to say the ring I ordered is absolutely beautiful and extremely well received which made up for absolutely everything. My fiancée is super happy. The setting is beautiful, and the diamond ordered is stunning.

Great company to work with, wanted to make several changes to my order after the initial order was placed. They responded very quickly and made the process very easy. After I think my 3rd alteration to the center diamond they reached out to let me know the diamond I picked was actually unavailable and they already had a replacement picked out to offer me, the new diamond was more money but they offered it to me at the price I was going to pay for the diamond I picked. Ring showed up before the delivery date even with the changes and the ring was absolutely beautiful. I was very hesitant to order a ring like this online since I like to see what I'm getting before I buy, but I will definitely use them again in the future for other jewelry and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

WOW! That’s all I have to say. My fiancé and I got engaged in October and we had said we’d upgrade my ring down the road. I’ve looked at many sites, in store, you name it and I always came back to Keyzar. Their prices were competitive and they carried the elongated cushion cut I had my eyes on. We took advantage of the Vday sale and received the ring 2 weeks and 1 day after ordering! It’s exactly what my fiancé and I had wanted and more. The band is thinner than I expected, but it really makes the whole ring look amazing. If you’re scared to buy a ring online, don’t be when it comes to Keyzar.

My gut told me to return the engagement ring but I didn’t listen. Have only had a few short months; the engagement ring has a missing side stone and the main stone moissy gets incredibly cloudy and looks like a CZ. Not worth the money. Edit: I have a 12 year old moissy that never presents like this one, even without cleaning. The stone is not cut right is my guess - no reason a stone needs to be cleaned this much.

Ease of designing the ring and ordering process were great. The area that could probably use some improving based on my experience is the notification process during the time that the ring was being constructed. I had no idea if it would be delivered by Valentine’s Day or not until I got a notice the night before that it had shipped.
