I ordered a radiant cut 1.23 carat lab grown diamond ring on a allison setting and it was beautiful. It fits so beautifully on my finger. The packaging was also nice a big box with certificate and all and a ring box. Customer service is 5 star also as they are very fast in responding. They also sent me pics of my ring after it was made for me to review before they ship it out. Shipping was also fast it was shipped on thurs and i paid custom fee saturday and delivered to me with signiture req on monday. I could not be more happier with this purchase! Thanks keyzar team!!

I am so sad and disappointed!!! I have the penelope engagement band with an emerald stone and LOVED IT (my dream ring!) but the band has bent SO MUCH and MULTIPLE TIMES along with the stone on top with normal wear. That is not covered in the lifetime warranty. I have taken the ring to a local jeweler and they straightened it as much as they could but we will have to buy a new ring after a year of wearing.

The service was great. The associates on the chat helped us through the entire way and were always responsive, reassuring, and worked with us. We had a special request to have it delivered on a weekday and they were able to coordinate that with us, which we were very grateful for and gave us lots of peace of mind. There was a small delay in the shipping, but the service was still great.

I upgraded my engagement ring after 7.5 years of marriage and originally ordered from a different jeweler, but didn't love it. Keyzar had a very similar setting to the one I wanted and was amazing to work with. Customer service was very responsive to some minor changes I made after placing my order. I ordered the Lia setting and picked the center diamond. I was nervous ordering from them as it’s such a big purchase, but I’m happy to say that the ring and customer service exceeded my expectations. Keyzar’s customer service is bar none - extremely quick in responding to my emails. They answered all of my questions and even sent me a 3D rendering of the ring. I also received the ring a week earlier than the anticipated ship date. The ring itself is just gorgeous. It’s absolutely perfect and seems sturdy so far. I will update again if anything changes. Overall, I had a great experience with Keyzar and would recommend them to anyone!
