This is my second review of Keyzar for the separate wedding ring vs the engagement ring. I also reached out to Emma, so far without response (surprise). If you go back, you can see my review of the faulty engagement ring, which I had not had for even 2 or 3 months. I wrote the review in December. It's now May of 2024 and my wedding ring is BENT, warped. Normal wear, I have an office job and the ring is supposedly 14K gold. THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE and I would be VERY CAREFUL of any reviews you see on this site. I have owned pieces from other companies for YEARS without this kind of craftsmanship problems I have experienced in around 6-7 months of owning BOTH of their products. Terrible, do not buy this product for your loved ones. I am paying 4K for junk, and looking into recourse. Update 6/3 7:40p: I do not have a reply to my email, checked all junk and spam folders. Asked Emma to reply to my original email directly (which is a follow up from the previous complaint) and have not gotten a response. I feel wary this is a public response without actual action, at this point...but keeping my hopes high as this has been such a disappointing experience all around. Edit 3: We are currently in resolution and I am grateful so far for the response and heightened customer service. Will update/edit when service is complete! Edit 4: Emma and the team went to great lengths to resolve my issue with both rings. The customer service was patient, detailed and thorough. They even sent pictures of the ring before returning to me. I received yesterday and I am pleased with the results, and the support of th Keyzar team.

Love my ring! It was exactly what I wanted. I got the Serena wedding band and communicating with the staff was great to help customize it. They were able to swap the diamonds for blue sapphires and changed the prongs to match my engagement ring.
