My experience has been great so far. I had a little hiccup at the boarder, but all was handled extremely well. The package it came in was a worry of mine as it had to be signed for but there were zero markings as to where the package came from. Discrete was just what was needed. Cheers!

Keyzar was a very pleasant surprise! I was weary at first of buying online with something so important but the setting was exactly what we wanted and the diamond was an amazing price for having the specs that we got! PLEASE READ. This review is LONG overdue. I just got back from my honeymoon and I will not have a clear conscience until this is written. I won't go into too much detail, but I happened upon a personal issue that would cost me a beautiful proposal. Keyzar Jewelry went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me solve my issue and my proposal was SAVED because of them. One of the co-owners even reached out to me to check and see how everything went. What other jewelry company does this?? As a business owner, I am blown away by how they treat their customers. I now look to them as an example of how to treat my customers and how to make them feel 100% cared for and seen. I wish I could say more. The quality of the rings I purchased from them are TOP TIER. I could not have asked for better quality. I broke into tears when it came in. From the packaging to the finished product, it really is a work of art. Fast and easy

I received a ring purchased from Keyzar Jewelry as a gift. It is beautiful and I really liked it. However, unfortunately, the size didn't fit me. The company ignored my request for help in resolving this issue, explaining that I am not their customer. It's very disappointing... I had to turn to another service for assistance.

I was nervous ordering a setting online. Keyzar made it so easy with your choice of white, yellow, rose gold. There were additional options like upgrading to 6 prongs or adding pave diamonds. I just needed to have my diamond measured at a jeweler so that Keyzar can build the mount to my exact diamond size. They even sent me a mock up design before they customized the ring.

The website was easy to use and communication was excellent. All of my questions were answered clearly. I was hesitant to order something so expensive online but you all made the experience very comforting. My ring is beautiful and arrived quicker than expected. Thank you!
