I normally never leave reviews but I feel I need to now. I just wanted to say that Keyzar is an amazing company to purchase from and work with. In short, they make high quality jewelry at affordable rates but what’s better is they make your jewelry to order so it’s not a cookie ring. They are outstanding at returning emails or phone calls and not talk too. They kept me up to date the whole time and even assured me they insure their products during shipping bc let’s face it, we all are very sceptic about having something worth thousands of dollars being shipped bc of theft damage etc. My greatest appreciation for them is that let’s just say the reason I bought the ring, “didn’t work out”… so when I contacted them they gave me zero issues about refunding it! No hesitation or fine print excuses at all. THANK YOU KEYZAR

I purchased a ring from Keyzar and once it was received, I wanted to exchange the stone. There were a lot of issues going on with payment methods ( no fault to Keyzar ) but they were extremely kind, patient, and super HELPFUL as I was working through these issues. They were kind enough to put the stone I wanted on hold until I resolved the payment issue. The ring is finally here and I am in love. It was well worth all of the technical difficulties. I really do appreciate the fantastic service the team displayed during this process. 11/10 would recommend it. Thank you so much again, Team!

My “engagement” ring (actually an upgrade from a previous ring, for my anniversary) was so beautiful that I went back and ordered 2 bands to go with it! Super easy to order, accurate delivery time, and great customer service.

Absolutely wonderful experience, great customer service I had excellent customer service with the production and delivery! They were able to have the order earlier than expected and I am just so grateful for the experience as a whole!

My fiancé thought it would be better if I chose my ring and I’m glad he did because this one from Keyzar is the ring of my dreams! It has everything I ever wanted: a thin band and beautiful center stone. Such great quality worth the price. It took them about 2.5 weeks to complete my ring and shipping was overnight. They let me know when my ring was being packaged and would soon be picked up my Fedex. The packaging is gorgeous as well, it comes in a bigger jewelry box that you could use to store your personal jewelry, along with a traditional ring box.
