The website made it very easy to pick out a stone and setting for my ring! I love that I could visually see what it would look like. I was hesitant to buy online instead of seeing things in person. The turn around was pretty quick and the delivery was tracked and needed my signature. I appreciated that. I LOVE my new ring. It is gorgeous and so perfect! One thing I wish I could do was to see the stone from a different angle. The stones rotate, but if there was an option to see the stone move from top to bottom and left and right, that would be ideal. I am sensitive to the bow-tie effect in my pear shaped stone, and it is difficult to see from just the rotation view.

I absolutely love my ring, but the customer service is horrible! My band busted in a very small dainty part of the band out of no where & with that I ended up losing a side diamond. My fiancé got ahold of them explaining what happened and they said they could replace the diamond but couldn’t fix the band. Now how am I going to get a diamond into a broken band? Then they said they could fix the band but it was going to cost around $1000. Which isn’t much less than what my ring cost in the first place? Just really disheartening. Now I’m stuck with a broken ring….

For the minute I got to look at my ring (my boyfriend wanted to make sure it was 100% what I wanted before he proposes and so he let me see the ring and since then it’s been put up until he’s ready to propose) the look of the ring is STUNNING. The moissanite gem glistens and sparkles and looks amazing. The quality is of the ring and gem is GREAT. I tried it on and the fit is perfect and the band is thin but durable. The price is not too high or too low. You get what you pay for and I’m so happy with what I got. Money well spent and I can’t wait to get engaged!!!!

My ring is beautiful. I did have to return first one which I believe was moisinite and didn't like the look of it. Ordered on in lab diamond and it's beautiful.

The company sent the occasional email to keep me posted on delivery, which arrived on time. The ring ordered looked exactly as pictured, with all the required diamomd and metal certifications. Packaging was solid and the box had a sleek design. Happy with my purchase, and the attentiveness of Keyzar.
