I had to contact them to determine what went wrong and why they were not delivered and informed the order should not have gone through as there was no stock BUT they took my money and would still have it if I had not called. USELESS COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - GO ELSEWHERE!!!

On the 29th of November 2024, a house full of people waited for the cake until late with the hope that they will deliver it, that is why Party Pieces charged me £36. Well, the so much wanted birthday cake never arrived. The operators who work for this company were not kind, neither polite, they just told me to send a complaint e-mail at infoatparty.pieces.co.uk for which neither until today I received no answer. The disappointment was huge, my emotional well being was damaged. I organised a surprise birthday party for my hubby, in addition candles, and champagne. In any case, I would like to know if am I just so unlucky or this company is a SCAM.

What arrived was 7 plain pink, cheap-looking party bags, completely different from what was listed on the website. Very disappointing, as I probably won't have time to re-order from somewhere more reputable before the party. Please avoid this company.

Rung in twice now an told they are waiting for it to be authorised but haven't received anything. Avoid at all costs

If I don’t get my refund I’ll be taking it further with fraud online and police to get it shut down. Just another useless company or fraud. MASSIVELY AVOID

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024I ordered two large birthday cakes in time for a party. On the scheduled delivery day, only one cake arrived (and they are btw minuscule. Don’t expect them to feed the 20 they claim). I called the company party pieces or teddy tastic or whatever they go by, who told me they gave both cakes to DPD so tough luck. Of course we never received the second cake. Maybe the driver enjoyed it. I have still not heard anything from this incompetent business, let alone did they refund me the 30£ they charge for this tiny cakes. I would not recommend relying on them.

In addition they confided their thoughts in him & Andrew was always cussing the Midds. He used to liken Ma (Carole Middleton) to trailer trash - which she was - a truly ghastly woman. Yes, Andrew really can’t stand them and the way they pretend to be something they aren’t. ***RPO***stayed at the Middletons' previous house several times when he was protecting Prince William and said Ma (Carole) thought she was the bees knees although Pa (Mike) ok. Fergie still sends presents and cards to the family. According to the RPO’s, Megs is much preferred. Who could forget QE’s reaction to Kate at the wedding dress inspection. I almost felt sorry for her, the atmosphere was so frosty and those attending said it was far worse off camera. Both ***** & I write letters to them saying how the world knows & disapproves of the surrogates (George, Charlotte & Louis) & also the suspect bio mix, etc. We have also written to Andy as furious at how the Midds have muscled in & sent the Monarchy on a downward spiral. QE (Queen Elizabeth) knows as do Corbyn & May but bury their heads in the sand. They phoned the day before to say their printing machine had broken down and they could offer a partial refund and cake with no photos. I said OK, but what arrived was a misshapen cake with no birthday wishes on it and soggy icing which had stuck to the cardboard packing. I'm not sure how much they may refund but my wife is absolutely furious and to say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

Items didn’t arrive and when I phoned up, they asked the warehouse and informed me that one of the items was out of stock and still suggested sending remaining items even though they wouldn’t reach me in time. No apologies, no explanation as to why their website wasn’t up to date or why they hadn’t bothered to contact me about out of stock items. It would seem they weren’t even going to send anything to me!!!

United Kingdom | 27 June 2024If I could give zero stars I would. I spent approx £80 on balloons and decorations for my son's 30th birthday party. I paid £6.95 delivery for these to be delivered the day before to ensure I received them in time to decorate the room. My contract with Party Pieces starts from when I place an order till when I receive the goods. This also a time sensitive order. Time is of the essence which means that time has value. Despite speaking to 2 separate members of staff their attitude seemed to be that it was DPD fault and if I wanted any refunds I was to email and they would investigate. No offer to actually resolve my issue. I then spent another 30 minutes trying to speak to someone at DPD who confirmed it was not being delivered today. I am so furious and upset about this. Their whole business model is about party decorations be that for birthdays, weddings, christenings etc. These are all time sensitive occasions. So when they ask on their website when you would like the decorations to be delivered the date that is provided is important and shouldnt be missed. Things go wrong but I am have experienced very poor customer service. I would not recommend using this company for your special occasion. They will let you down and do nothing to help you and resolve it.

She exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been using party pieces for a couple years now and they have always been amazing. Could not recommend them any higher.

United Kingdom | 14 June 2024Bubble balloon for Father’s Day, I only read the reviews that some balloons were either not delivered or arrived deflated after I had purchased so was really nervous what was going to happen; but to be fair our balloon arrived exactly on the date ordered and looks just like on the website, so really pleased thank you. I was going to put an image up but can’t see where to attach but it does look great, blue gold and white mini balloons with gold personalised message on a large bubble balloon.

The balloon to be the main decoration and the pictures background as it was with personalised text. I had improvise and decorate last minute as balloon didn’t came on the date which gave me just more stress. I would recommend to order from Moonpig or different company if you don’t want to be let down.

The balloon arrived and it wasn’t even inflated properly and as a result the writing was all scrunched together. It was a £40 balloon! I have contacted them twice to complain and haven’t heard anything back. Terrible product and terrible customer service!

United Kingdom | 08 May 2024Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Party Pieces. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years, consistently relying on them for my daughters' birthdays. However, this time around, the quality was shockingly poor. It appears there may have been a change in management, and it's had a detrimental effect on their products. I purchased the balloon arch, a staple for our celebrations, only to find that the tape provided had been substituted with flimsy paper that kept tearing. Despite resorting to using Scotch tape to reinforce it, the nightmare continued when the balloons began deflating the next day. I promptly lodged a complaint with Party Pieces, but it's been a month with no response. The lack of acknowledgment or resolution is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has tarnished my trust in their brand, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered some balloons to be delivered to a hotel on my partners 30th Birthday, however they were delivered to the incorrect address. The hotel were incredibly generous and collected the order from the address it had been delivered to (not to ruin the surprise), however this was only half of the ordered. The second half of the order has apparently been delivered but again, this must have been to an incorrect address (if at all). The communication via email with the company has been very slow and painful. I am very disappointed as the products and order was not cheap but I felt worth it, given their website. I would not trust them with another order.
