This was my first ever order from Party Pieces website, and I have to say the whole experience was truly first class. I needed an 80th Birthday cake, and after reading great reviews from others I decided to go ahead. As I didn't want the cake to arrive too early I called Party Pieces and spoke to a warm & friendly lady who explains i need to complete the online order, then call back with the order number so they could mark a specific delivery date for my order. Everything was so smooth throughout, from editing the cake picture, and being kept informed with the delivery. The cake arrived in perfect condition, on the day that was previously arranged. The quality of the cake, and customer service are both excellent. I will definitely be ordering from Party Pieces in the future. They have everything and even more for any type of celebration, all in one place, at very reasonable prices. I would like to personally thank all the team at Party Pieces for an excellent job, Well Done. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this website. Its such a pleasure to deal with professionals. Oh, and the cake tastes delicious too.

Party Pieces, your cake is a massive disappointment! I won't be putting this cake on display at the 40th birthday party. On the Party Pieces website, the personalised photo birthday cake appears to be embedded into the icing, but the cake has arrived with a photo printed on what appears to be like a piece of paper that is tackily stuck on top, which does not meet the edges, therefore the edges are raised up. I have sent a photograph of the cake I received to Party Pieces with my complaint. I did not receive the balloons I ordered either.

Simply to order and delivered on time as requested. Packaged really well however, one of the balloons had deflated slightly but we managed to add some air. Unfortunately, the balloon went down again the next day so I contacted the company. They were very understanding and offered a partial refund without having to be asked. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a few party accessories in the sale so 20% off and am delighted with my items. It’s only a small gathering I’m having for a few friends in my garden so the quantities were perfect. Am really happy with the pieces I’ve got and feel sure to impress my girlie friends. Of course they will ask me where I got my plates cups sandwich tray and favour boxes from so I will be a good advert for Party Pieces

Cake arrived on time but the top had slanted over. When contacted to ask for a replacement I had no reply and no one answered the phone when I called so ended up not using the cake and buying another.

I'm very happy with the paddling pool from Party Pieces. Bought it for half price plus another 20% in the sale! Got the 20% code off after getting in touch so thank you to customer service for honouring it.

Ordering process easy. Delivered intact and on time. Very disappointed with the finish on both cakes-photos had the appearance of simply being slapped on! Luckily my daughter is creative and rescued both in order that they were suitable for the celebrations. Quality of the sponge was lovely. Sorry I wouldn't order again......

Great experience and dispatch

I was very disappointed that my package was not delivered. I was told that the address was incomplete but no one advised me of that. I made contact chasing the package and was told it could only be delivered after I needed the items. I have used PP on many occasions and never had a problem before.
