Was a little disappointed with the cake I ordered the icing was very loose it split before cutting and the cake was extremely dry and the packaging wasn't great it was just in a cardboard box

I ordered a 1st birthday cake for our little grandson. It was looked fabulous and tasted lovely, the best sponge cake ever! It was exactly as I hoped it would be from the photo. Thank you Party Pieces! I felt really proud to present the cake to everyone.

Arrived in good time and good condition. As for the “up to 90 9 inch balloons” this needs re-evaluating I got 25 ish half blown up 9” balloons and a 30 balloon. One of the canisters was dead after just 5 balloons!! No where near the “up to 90”. I expected at least 50 balloons and a big 30 as that could take 30 balloons of helium and 80 being a good number to hit for the advertised amount. Definitely not worth £65. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not use again

Balloon was brilliant. Just how it looked online. The only issue was the delivery. I selected a date because I knew I would be in and it arrived before then so had to change schedule, which was inconvenient.

Wrong colour item sent …. Yellow instead of light cream. Someone had even ticked it correct on the invoice.

I have made an order on Saturday, for a birthday party decorations for Wednesday, and have selected a delivery slot “next day delivery “, assuming the order will be processed on Mon (as as far as I read on the website they are not working weekends?!), so I can get it on time Tuesday. However I was contacted on Tuesday that my delivery was not even dispatched because I haven’t selected delivery date, but on the basket and checkout page there isn’t a place where you can select a date?!? Super confusing customer journey and not correct delivery options. Please be advised to order WELL IN ADVANCE. As an order that I have purchased on Saturday with”next day delivery service” I will receive on Wednesday… which is far far away from a next day service Also not very happy with the CS, quite rude trying to prove me wrong, when they actually cant do next day deliveries.

Delivered on time. Box had obviously been damaged and when opened a piece of icing was chipped off the rhs corner showing cake. There was also a large crack in icing on rhs top corner of cake. I bought this cake for my son’s 50th birthday on 11/08. He is coming over from Dubai and thanks party pieces for spoiling his cake. I should add that Party Pieces sent another cake which arrived today, still in time for my son’s 50th tomorrow. I was impressed with their prompt response but, this cake too is damaged. The icing is cracked but not as severely as the first cake. I would increase my review to 4 stars but certainly not near a 5
