Very disappointed with the service. Despite knowing that the items were being ordered for a 60th birthday party - the most important number ‘0’ was missing from the pack - there were 2 of each of the other numbers from 1 to 9 but there was not even one of ‘0’. We could not put up the banner due to this.

Great cake, lovely and moist even a few days after delivery. Just what we needed for our celebration.

I made an order a week prior to the party and I communicated with the team on the date of delivery but the cake arrived after the party date. when I called them to find out about the delivery, the lady had no remorse. i had to buy a cake for the birthday on the day!!!!!!!

The banner is a dark green not black as shows on the website. So a little disappointed

I did have a problem with the personalised cake I ordered being damaged when it arrived. This was probably the fault if the postal service (Royal Mail) rather than poor packaging. A phone call to Partypieces and as soon as they received photos of the damage they arranged a replacement and made sure I received it in time for the party. Excellent customer service.

It was a birthday balloon for my Uncle and he was over the moon when it was delivered on time and we were keep informed of all progress very pleased with service

This is the second time I’ve placed an order with Party Pieces and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their website is extremely user friendly and so easy to personalise. My order arrived very quickly and is obviously very good quality. I would recommend this company 100%.

The service is very fast and efficient, I’m not very good at sending for thing that need a photo or adding wording but it turned out to be quite simple. It arrived securely packaged and well presented. This was a silver anniversary for my daughter and son in law and they were very very pleased with it , so thank you very much.
