i AM NOT ABLE TO SAVE INDOEMATION

Whenever you view transcripts etc, I would like the option to delete if not applicable to my records, or save the file if it relates.

I’ve been using findmypast for a couple of years, and I have been able to locate my family name from 1790. The records are clear, accurate and very accessible. Out of all of the genealogy websites find my past is very reliable

Since I joined I have found so many new family members to add to my tree. As most of my ancestors come from Ireland and England, I found Findmypast the best genealogy website for getting the correct information. As soon as I put up a new person I get hints or records to add which is fantastic. Strongly recommend them.

Found it easy to subscribe, but, not so easy to select the 1 month option.

I recently paid to get family record on the 1921 census. I wanted to forward to my family but they couldn’t open the link in their email. How do I solve this problem?

Access to so many records - family notices,births, marriages, deaths; newspapers, historical records. Explanatory notes about the type of records. Sometimes disappointed to find few new records are Irish.

I think Findmypast is good. However I don't think it is as user friendly as Ancestry with regard to compiling a family tree. There doesn't appear to be a means to upload wills which is available on Ancestry. I have obtained copies of many wills which I would like to be able to upload to my family tree on Findmypast.

My tree is not on this site, but my wife’s tree is. She uses it a lot and it has many wonderful records. We have no issue, as it is our second marriages.

Newspaper searches very frustrating. Unable to understand how to use it properly. Filters totally useless. Gave up!

Wonderful, easy to use app! I've been using Findmypast for years now and have discovered so many records that my family tree is growing constantly.

More information available. Visual of original document is best. Sometimes information different or more than on document. Overall information provided is improving and very helpful.

I have always liked fmp but your recent “improvements” have, in my opinion, made the site far less user friendly. I find it more difficult/ tedious to add children to existing families than it used to be. It would also be useful when returning to the site to return to the last person viewed instead of always to myself: this is a particular nuisance when moving from another site to fmp. The range of records you have, the clarity of their images and the accuracy of your transcriptions are all very good which is why you are my top site for UK research.

The duplicate people drive me mad. Also the fact that the documents are not really saved just the link.
