Very fast and reliable. I had a hard drive that crashed and seemed to be more than a stuck head. I had thought I had it backed up but found out I did not. Many pictures and important files would have been lost forever. Fields Data was upfront and in constant communication with me. In less than a week they recovered my data and sent me a new drive. A real life saver. I can't thank you enough.

Turned on the computer one morning and it would not boot up. tried a few things myself but nothing worked. Called a few data recovery services. Was most impressed with Fields Data Recovery and chose them to do my data recovery. Sent my drive and they were able to recover my drive. I was impressed with their quick turn around! I would recommend them to anyone who needs their disk recovered.

I engaged Fields Data Recovery to restore files on a dropped hard drive. They were able to recover all the lost files, and returned them to me within just a few weeks. I was not charged anything until after they were able to confirm they could recover my files and quoted a firm price. Further, there was steady communication from them throughout the recovery process. They may not be the cheapest alternative, but they were professional and timely, and did exactly what they said they could do. There is value in that! Andy D.

I was very impressed with the response time and processing time with FDR. They reached out to me soon after the inquiry about pricing with a paid overnight shipping label to send them the hard drive. As soon as they received it, I received a call from them to let me know. Throughout the 1 day processing time I received several calls to update me on the progress. This was an expensive process, but it's no more expensive than other recovery and it was a complete recovery with complete communication before/after. Once the harddrive contents were sent back and the data was verified FDR reached out to finalize disposition of the corrupt harddrive and offered to ship it back to me at no cost. Overall, the entire transaction with them has been easy and quick with a complete recovery.

There were a lot of data recovery services online, but fields-data-recovery.com was the only one to reply and talk with me and make me confident to send them my failed hard drive. They were able to retrieve the corrupted data and send me the data in a new hard drive much faster than promised. I also liked that they were able to discuss in detail the process and provide the seven-day warranty period. They did what they said they would do (recover data from a damaged hard drive). It was rather expensive. At times there was an issue with communication regarding the agreed upon fee, but we did resolve this and I paid what was agreed to before the work took place. All in all it was a good experience.

It might be a good company, but they have the worst customer service; I have a place in order in March, and I been calling everyone month few times, and the only update that I get is they need to order parts. Finally, I called today, and as per the guy who answers the phone, notifies me that the job was completed since July 9, and no data recovery, and I still haven't got a phone call from them, and I been calling even in July and they didn't inform me of a complete job. I express that to him, he was I'm reading what it says, he was rude because he was for the 4th time, there is no data. Meanwhile, I paid $974 for the service for someone to tell me that no data recovery and the person who did it is no longer with the company. I even asked if there is nothing else to be done, and that is when he told me "for the fourth time, the job was completed and no data was recovered," and with that, I ask him to send my driver back. I must say that the company needs better customer service people and they should offer other recovery options, technology keeps evolving.

They were very up front about their service and how it worked, then they did exactly what they had offered. I was grateful to know that I would get a price estimate and good estimate of the recoverable amount of data, prior to my committing to their service. My only reason for a 4 star rating was because of the $ estimate. It seemed to be high on the surface. Their process appeared to take less than one half of a day, which made their cost larger than I thought any body's price should be. Now in fairness to them, other estimates I received ranged from $700 to $1,300 for the same task, so their fee then became reasonable. But, they were good in their recovery, and we received all of the data that we were concerned about. so it was a good deal.

They where able to recover the precious data on our damaged hard drive. The drive heads were damaged and they worked hard to remove the drive disks and fix the drive to recover the data. I also appreciated the way that they returned the data with a high capacity solid state drive. I have since learned my lesson and I now archive my data to a secure cloud. The best thing that I like about this recovery service is that they communicated with me every step of the way, and they were very upfront with what was wrong with the drive and also the costs for recovering the data.

They recovered my data without any problem. But the amount I was quoted over the phone to retrieve my date was nowhere near what I eventually paid. What choice did I have at that point, I needed my data. They sent me my essential data quickly so I could be up and running but when I received the drive that was to have all the data I requested, all of it wasn't on there and I had to call to get the rest of my data. I was just relived to get my data back.

The experience was excellent. The tech was professional, experienced and transparent. The process was easly and not overwhelming. All deadlines was meet and the cost was a little pricey. But, well done and I would use the service again.
