Excellent and quick recovery of my lost data. After working on copying the data to my machine everything worked great. At first, I thought there might have been a virus connected with the data or drives. Causing all Outlook apps to become disabled and I would have to restore my system to an earlier date. But when I continued attempts I found Outlook was attempting to upgrade and may have been failing and locking down all the outlook apps. After electing not to install the upgrade the lock-ups stopped. All recovered data look great. I appreciate all of your patience with me as I was getting a bit irate that my outlook apps were getting disabled.

FDR was recommended from a local computer tech who was unable to retrieve our data from a defective external hard drive. I checked out their website and decided to give them a chance. Figured it was worth a shot. We had a little SNAFU in sending our hard drive in as FDR had the wrong address on the shipping form. But one call to them explaining the situation and I was provided a prepaid UPS shipping label. The quote we received was definitely expensive but in the end FDR was able to retrieve all of our lost family photos. So how do you put a price on old family photos. It was definitely worth it for the memories. They followed up with me at the end and asked if I wanted the hard drive back or they would recycle. All of their communications was outstanding. From my experience, I would definitely recommend them.
