We had been saving our pictures over the years on an external hard drive. Many memories of family, trips and pics of our our girls growing up, all on that drive. Very efficient and professional service. My external disk drive was dropped and would not start or mount. It has been a convenient drive to swap between 2 computers but I neglected to backup after some time. Lesson learned. My only hesitation going to 5 stars was I felt it was expensive. Unable to recover data off a flash drive I could no longer access, my IT service gave me contact information for Fields Data Recovery. Fields responded promptly to my email, and as they were local, I was able to drop the flash drive off in person. The staff was friendly and I was contacted within 48 hours of what would need to be done to recover my data and the pricing.
