I strongly encourage anyone thinking of using the company not too. I paid them 600 hundred dollars to work a on flash drive in which like everyone else had valuable work information. After speaking to Dylan he assured me that about 90% of this kind of work was recoverable. After thinking about the price and the reward of having my work stuff back I decided to pay the 600 hundred dollars. Let’s not forget this guy named Dylan continued calling me to see if I had decided on the work to be done. After he reassured this kind of work was 90 percent success i paid the amount. About 2 weeks went by without hearing anything. When I called this so Dylan was always busy and never returned my calls. After about 3 weeks I continued to call and finally got in touch with Dylan. At this point all he could tell me is their engineers were still working on it. About 2 more weeks went by after numerous attempts to reach Dylan. He finally emailed saying nothing could be done. When questioned about a possible refund he never answered. I made numerous attempts to speak to their supervisor and he never would answer my calls even when he was there. I was not so bothered about paying the money but more offended on their lack of professionalism and their sincerity of their work. I finally had to use legal matters just to be able to retrieve my flash drive back. Whoever reads this I hope you at least take in account my experience.

I was relieved to have a professional service help recover files from an old external hard drive that was no longer working. After they received my drives they could not deliver what they promise me at the initial call. when I asked for the disks back the agent stopped returning my calls. I asked to talk with a supervisor, she promised to look into the issue and get back with me. she sent me high level of files they can recover with out any details to what they can recover exactly or what I am going to get back for my money. when I asked for the disks again back they gave me the run around and it will take 3-5 day to ship them. Talked with another supervisor-since they have a lot of them- and he agreed to give me a detail list of the files they can recover as long as I agree to stay with them for the rest of the process. Finally I got the data but it is incomplete and just wasted my time and money. It was a very stressful experience dealing with them it felt like a con operation, they got your drives and data and they make you feel like you are their hostage if you don't pay them. will never use them again.
