Great product and service

It was very easy to find what I needed and get it ordered. It was also shipped within a day which was also unexpected. I will be ordering again.

Excellent for convenience of use however the expense of replacing filters and check valves is a bit daunting. I am a retired veteran that received the CPAP from the VA. But the VA does not cover the So Clean support. They also have warned me that the Ozone may damage internal works and voids the warranty. Is this fact?

Our order was filled timely: placed 3-29-21 and was departed to the UPS facility 3-30-21. On 4-01-21 it was received at the Package Acceptance Center of the USPS (why UPS sent it to USPS we don't know). Bottom line, it's now 4-10-21 and we still have NOT received it. Had we known the Post Office was involved we would never had ordered this online. Instead next time we'll buy it locally at the Medical Supply store.

This machine is the greatest way to keep everything clean. Just put it in and shut the lid. I can rest assured that it keep my hose, mask and C-pap clean. I would recommend SoClean to anyone.

My original filter order was stolen outside my mailbox; SoClean promptly issued a new order which is in the mail. The customer service was efficient and very helpful.
