I had ordered a part for my so clean machine on March 31st. Here it is April 9th and I still do not have the part. The tracking number shows that it was delivered on April 5th. I call them and got a run around. The said wait until the 19th of April and call them back.

The manufacturer of my cpap, resmed, recommended not using the so clean because it causes permanent damage. So now I have a $300 paper weight.

So far, so good! I found the instruction booklet and video made the process of setting up my equipment very easy.

It works great once I got it assembled. Might be a simple process for most but it was a bit confusing for me. I finally went on YouTube and watched a step by step video for assembly. There was a lot of paper instructions (in various languages) with the SoClean shipment but then it doesn't help I'm a guy.

I called for assistance because it was hard to locate the "device" filter replacement; I received assistance and couple questions answered. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, it did arrive, couple days later and in good condition. Happy to be able to use the device again!!.

It was easy to navigate the site. I originally questioned the length of time for the products to reach me since I’m about 33 miles from your Peterborough NH location. Everything worked out great and the products arrived 5 days earlier than originally stated. I would have offered to pick up the products myself and then go visit my Doberman’s relatives in New Ipswich. It would have been no problem. Thank you all very much the products are the best.
