I had a few issues with ordering since I was shipping to a different address than my own. But I did receive a phone call from So Clean to verify.

Great product . But shipping is terrible. I ordered a new filter on March 26 and here it is April 7 and I have not received my order!

While the repalcement filter & check valve are a bit expensive, the quality is there. Don't buy copycat supplies, use SoClean supplies.

Very pleased with the machine itself. Better pricing on the replacement filters would be greatly appreciated.

Just opened my filter kit to find only one filter inside always got 2 for this price called and was on hold for 28 minutes and was told order was correct guess I must have been dreaming as I’ve ordered numerous times before and payed for 2 kits wasted 30 minutes for nothing also agreed to a call back after and they hung up on me thanks a lot

It seems to work but I don't have a way to measure the bacteria killed.

the decision to buy from SoClean is partly because the same cabinet was sold at Amazon much more expensive. It came in full assemble with free shipping. The cabinet is made of cheap composite wood which left the room smells for weeks. I can smell it through my CPAP air. It maybe just a random mistake but the pullout tray slider was installed wrong left the tray sticks out 3 inch so the doors can't be closed.. Instead of returning it, I reposition the sliders to correct the problem.

Since using SoClean, I’m sleeping noticeably better.

I called customer service and Paula was very professional, patient and so kind. She immediately understood the problem I was experiencing with opening the rebate form. It was a glitch in the system and she had the techs to resolve the issue immediately.
