Thus far our SoClean is performing as advertised. We use it with the AeroCare AirSense10 CPAP machine. We first watched the official SoClean website's videos, then the YouTube videos and recommend doing this. It clears up a lot of questions. It's well-made and is working on-schedule. It hasn't lost time on it's clock. It's a little-bit loud for the first few minutes, but not irritating . Just turn the news up a little and it'll soon quit the initial cycle and all will be back to normal. The after-odor was only residual and dissipates quickly, so no big deal. We set it for 7am and get up at 6:30am, so there's enough time to wipe the silicone mask seal, set it with the headgear in the unit, clean and refill the CPAP tank and reinstall. We still clean the mask weekly and the hose every 4-5 weeks and that works fine, so far. Time will tell and we'll adjust. We have all our electronics on High-Joule surge protection and recommend it for large ticket items such as this. So far, it's living up to the reviews.

A Must Have. If you own a c-pap machine, this is a must have product. I cant believe I waited a year to purchase one. So easy to use and works every time. Even re-order supplied are easy and shipped to your door fast. Sometimes they even run discount specials on filters and supplies.

Immediately after I ordered the SoClean I noticed that there was a 10% off discount for first responders which I did not see...I had already placed the order...so I immediately emailed your customer service...received no response...4 days later I emailed again...finally heard back saying that they could not help me..I then emailed back requesting to return the SoClean...I heard nothing back..but I just received a credit for the 10% , still no email...When ordering I was to receive $50 off immediately aNd $50 back after I ordered...I have no idea how to receive this as I didn't even receive an invoice ...Your customer service is definitely lacking

I loveSiClean. I keep the machine right next to my CPAP so every morning I place the mask in SoCkean. Then I am ready for naps and night sleeping. I’m not worried now about germs in my mask or tubing.
