Nightstand doors did not close correctly, I called customer service and was told that the issue was transferred to the manufacturer of the nightstand. Four days later, without notice, I received new doors. The replacement doors had an oak finish, the nightstand I ordered is black. So, I have doors that dont close, doors that are the wrong finish and I gather the answer to this issue is that I need to fix the manufacturer's defective assembly. I was also told that if I wanted the nightstand replaced, I would have to pay for shipping the defective nightstand back, back construction, bad customer service, bad all around

This is the second set of masks we have purchased from SoClean. Not because they are wore out, but because we wanted more on hand since they are part of our everyday lives now. The masks are very comfortable and breathing is free and easy. Though they do not have clever sayings or bright, attention getting colors, they are still stylish and good looking.

The on-line ordering was fine. Calling customer service with an issue later was what I have issues with - there were over 70 people in front of me on my call and you could leave your name/number for them to call back and that took around 90 mins. The SoClean co. needs more help with customer service staff.

The website was very easy to use. Ordered the wash solution this time so we shall see how that works! It was a little expensive but you only need a capful per gallon so should last forever.

Only negative - takes two hands to load the box - one to hold it in place when loading CPCP mask and hose! Otherwise, great machine.
