The product is great, but I was charged $29.99 each for the filters, when they were advertised at $19.99 each. That has me looking elsewhere for my next purchase!

My first machine lost its seal because of a broken latch for a 2 and half year old machine. It is very irritating to have to spend $300 because a small plastic piece cannot be replaced.

SoClean helped me solve my sloppy habit of not replacing or cleaning my pillow mask and hose enough. I would get stuffed up with a clogged nasal passages, sneezing and runny noses. It was amazing to take the leap with SoClean. No regret. But I, at my own fault I did not read all the instructions and proceeded. More about that. I always wondered about free radicals entering my body thru the my airways. The importance of the carbon filter and a properly operating check valve is essential to its operation, Maybe a warning/caution for dummies is necessary for smart dummies like me.

Excellent product and great customer service. So Clean has become a necessity for me. It works so well, I cannot imagine going without this product now.

I've truly liked my SoClean, but when I replaced the filters it still reads that they need to be replaced.

I ordered my so clean 2 filter kit on 14 March 2021 and got a text on the 15th of March that my package was supposed to be delivered on the 19th. Never received my mail due to package going by UPS mail innovations which to me is trash. I had another package coming from this same company and package was held hostage in Augusta, Georgia Post Office for three weeks. I have made numerous calls to UPS and USPS to no availability with the tracking number given

A little difficult in understanding the instructions the first time around had to look at iTunes video with the instructions to get full understanding.
