I got the unit and set it up as instructed. First night was ok. Second night a loud gurgling noise woke me up. Turns out the SoClean tube into my CPAP was sucking the water and leaking out of the connector all over my wood-topped end table. It was everywhere and the noise was caused from it trying to suck the last water out. I shut it down, cleaned it up, filled the humidifier reservoir and tried it again. A few hours later it did it again! water was everywhere, including all over my wood floor and all over the CPAP machine. I'm lucky it didn't leak into the CPAP unit as I now see so many others have experienced, causing the CPAP motors to go out etc. I emailed them twice and no response! I am literally on hold for 45 minutes and counting, waiting to talk to customer service. I need my money back for this faulty product. Appears many others online had this same issue. Do not buy this product - evidently it also can void your CPAP warranty too. wow.

Having had sleep apnea for over 10 years, the use of my CPAP machine is a must, to have a better quality of life. Manually cleaning the CPAP was cumbesome, and time consuming, along with allowing enough time for the mask & hose to air dry. ENTER -> SOCLEAN. This has been LIFE CHANGING. I am no longer getting sick (common cold or upper respiratory issues). This is a must for anyone using a CPAP, and please note, it is HSA/FSA covered.

It’s ok for cleaning the mask only. Don’t know that it’s worth the price. You should modify this to allow it to clean the hose and machine itself also. For the amount of money spent, it should be able to clean the entire system.

I am so glad to find such thing like free from cleaning every day in the morning of CPAP equipment. When I received the SO CLEAN, after I read and watched the YOUTUB. I thought easily I could do myself. But middle of my processing some few came question came out and I could not go further. So I decided give the SO CLEAN email and call! Emily in email answer clearly and responded quickly. To me in the manual should said something about water in humidifier which you can leave in there to sanitize the water same time so you can reuse them. Because that the manual was saying that have be very careful you can not put any water in the machine... that is reason I though have to thrower way the water. But that wasn't the case! This is very good thing, I like the idea that you don't waist water. I decided to give them call for make sure that I am going to use the SO CLEAN comfortably. Tricia help me step by step, she explain clearly and made me very easy to understood! And aftre that I was a very comfortable to use the SO CLEAN for my CPAP. And also it was very easy to operate the setting of clock and timer, I like that way set up was very simple! I am so glad I purchase the SO CLEAN!!

I wasn’t able to order the correct part from the website nor did it describe it as completely as it needed to be. I ordered what I THOUGHT was the right part based on the picture and short description, which turned out to be the wrong part for my CPAP machine. After discussing it on more detail on the phone with a representative, they sent the correct part. When I got the right part, everything worked just great.
