United States | 30 November 2024Hello I live in South Carolina I've been out with no heat in my home I am totally disabled I have small children and I've been complaining about this heater furnace in my home area since November the 18th 2024 I have talked to so many people at first America home warranty I place my first issue in my home on the 14th and then again on the 21st I called the 22nd and spoke to German I called again the problem still have not been resolved I spoke with Julo on November 26th 2024 on that Tuesday and I call again speak to Andrea she told me to go out and buy a heater to put in my home and she reimbursed me up to $50 and then she told me she will give me and free $100 next time my service call I called again spoke to Johnny November 27th 1:30 p.m. 2024 and talked about the same thing and then I believe that cancel it but I talked to a lady named Maria Rodriguez she opened my request back up because the damages have not been fixed and I call back and they stated that she did not do something right when she put it in so I called today November 30th 2024 I talked to David David put me on hold and never came back to the phone I called back I talked to Melvin Melvin told me he claim department or whoever open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. he gave me my reference number to tell them where to find my information to look it up and their telephone number to call them Monday so I'm going to see how well and profession this franchise or company will tell another lie to me and put the five ranking of good standard that's a non lie that is not true at all I'm so frustrated aggravated and disappointed in this company I advise whoever read this do not I repeat do not join this company they wanted me to go out and find a electrician on my own and I told them I don't have the extra money to do that and then he said I want to have to call that number Monday so I see. or do y'all see where I'm getting at again so please please do not sign up for this company and whoever the president that I see here on my contract named (📌Matt Wendl ) ought to be a 😡😡disgrace and shame the way the people he hire to work for him is a disgrace I put my hard-earned money in this and thinking I was going to get the service that I need trust me and believe me they will persuade you to join and that's how they got me for the fool I've been🤷🏼♀️💔👎🏻🤦🏼♀️

United States | 30 November 2024Don’t have to worry when something doesn’t work. Just open your warranty app and tell them what’s wrong and they send someone to fix it. Sure, you’ll get a different company but if they don’t fix the problem you call and they’ll send someone else.

United States | 29 November 2024Our leaking washer took more than a week to diagnose because the appliance tech and plumbers could not agree! Tech won out forcing second plumber to clean out the drain and washer stopped leaking. Could have been repaired in one day!

I currently am out of power in my children's bedrooms so they do not have a heat source when it it cold and since my whole house isn't out of power it's not an emergency and I am left without a technician for at least 5 days. This should be an elevated response and the supervisor I spoke with told me there's nothing he can do to change the status because of their guidelines. They have terrible customer service. The representatives are nice but hold no power and only offer apologies * I never received an email to inquire additional details.
