I had platform issues that were beyond my ability to fix. I contacted customer service which not only fixed the problem but went out of there way to assure I would not have further issues going forward. A+.

I spoke with Adrian today from U.S. Based Platform tech support and he was awesome. I had called at 8:58 am this morning requesting a tech support call / screen share session. Adrian called back at 9:45 and was terrific and very nice. I had a ton of questions related to many different issues and he resolved all of my issues during the call. Ninja used to be very hesitant to call back and would sometimes take hours or days to call, but Adrian informed me management made several policy changes about 6 months ago to improve their platform tech support. It was a welcome change !

First was his attitude from the beginning. Joseph begin with a “can do, will do” attitude. I felt confident that he would resolve my issue from the start. To keep this short, I will state the facts. It took about an hour to basically reprogram my entire setup. All of it was work. Joseph found the issue within the first 10 minutes and committed to fixing it until it was fixed. I believe he went above and beyond because of his own personal work ethic. But, he gave me an impression of Ninja Trader that cannot be bought. This was the best customer service experience I had in years. And selfishly I might add, my program now works better that it has for almost 4 months. I wish I had called Ninja Trader sooner. Thanks Joseph.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Eli on the platform support desk and I have to say, it was probably the best customer support experience I've had in a very very long time! She was wonderful and even though we had to disconnect in the middle of her work because I had to attend a meeting, she promptly got back to me at a later time on the same day and resolved my issue. She was excellent and never gave up on me. If you are lucky enough connect with her, rest assured that she will either know how to fix the problem or will keep at it until she finds the answer from somewhere! Thank You Eli.

The help was great they where able to get all my questions answered and help me with the set up On the down side it takes a long time to get through the phone hold time to get help, but the teck was very knowledgeable
