This company fitted a dual microchip catflap in our double glazed bifold door. From start to finish the service was excellent. The quote was quick and clear, the booking email was super-informative and thorough and the manager answered questions promptly, even over the weekend. The fitters came when they said they would; they were charming and did a first-class job. The glass unit was replaced and the flap fitted very quickly, the demonstration on how to program the thing was very clear and they left everything spotless. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

These guys were absolutely brilliant. Following my enquiry through their website they responded really quickly with relevant questions and an explanation of the process. I'd already contacted other companies before I found them, but they were far better. Quick e mail responses to my questions, they booked in a measuring appointment, arrived on time, kept me informed whilst the glass was being made, then fitted it and explained the cat flap. They know what they're doing and get it done. They recommended a particular cat flap based on what I told them, and let me make the decision. It was a glazed patio door with no rear access. The fitting took 20 minutes on a Saturday morning and he engaged with the kids questioning him endlessly. I will be strongly recommending these guys to my friends.

The process was so simple and CJ fitted the new pane of glass with the new cat flap easily and super quick! Very pleased with the new cat flap…now if the cats could just do their bit!

From start to finish the process was excellent. Quick reply from Sarah to my enquiry and after a few emails and photos sent, we were given a price. CJ came round to measure up and just over a week later we had the cat flap fitted in our French windows plus a new, clear pane of glass in the matching door. Having recently moved into a new house we found ourselves needing to install a cat flap in a glass patio window.
