Despite paying for 48 hr delivery on Mon evening these tests have not yet been received. It is now late on Thursday evening, ie more than 72 hrs after placing the order and paying. Not impressed.

You tell me that it has been delivered but I am still waiting! You had the right address.

Ordered next day delivery on Monday morning and package didn't arrive until Wednesday. Asked them to give me express results as a courtesy and I was ghosted. I asked for a refund since if the delivery is late then no guarantee the results won't be....I'd stay away from these guys. Extra stress and cost when you can go for an alternative

I ordered 3x5 Lateral Flow Tests. They arrived by Royal Mail within 48 hours. The tests were easy to follow and fit for purpose. The cost was very competitive. I needed an invoice and contacted Testngo by email, my invoice arrived by email after 20 minutes. Great customer service.

Ordered testing kits from company on 2nd Oct 2022 after testing positive for covid 19 for first time. Efficient & friendly experience. Having ordered a pack of 5 tests, I had thought the tests would have been in one large pack of 5. What was in the parcel was 5 separate packs of one kit.

Promised yesterday, and today, but zilch. Which is annoying as I need to test to come out of isolation.
