I found these tests easy to use. Also found the instructions es.asy to understand

Was easy to order online and prices seem good compared to some other suppliers. The only thing - but may be due to problems with courier - was expecting on Saturday but arrived on the Tuesday.

Easy to order and to receive. Just clicked and sat back and waited for delivery.

It is impossible to to a return and to get refund

Fairly good price for the tests and website was easy to use and to place order. Shame they use Royal Mail to deliver them as it took longer than expected for my order to arrive.

Said would take 2 days. Did not arrive for 6 days.

On the website before you buy it states in the FAQ “our lab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year” but when you do the test it tells you “any results received at our lab after midday on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday “! I nearly couldn’t fly because of this had to arrange and pay for another test. Update. After contacting the company they did, after some initial hesitation, offer a refund. Apparently, the web site information was incorrect and they will be correcting it.

Successful re-order. Ordered more this time so a couple of days more on delivery, which may have been the R.Mail.

Delivery was meant to be on Wednesday 25th October, predicted delivery Monday 31st, so much for 48hr delivery, suffering badly with Covid and needed the tests asap

Delivery a bit slow

Didn't arrive in stated time, in fact still not delivered.

The lateral flow test kits arrived quickly. Surprised to see kits individually wrapped but that’s a definite plus point. Makes it far easier to take a kit with you when going away.

Would have been five, would have been nice to have a notice on your web site explaining there could be a delay in package arriving, as I ordered Sunday arrived Thursday.

I returned the PCR test on Saturday the 22nd of October. Today is the 27th of October and so far I have not received any certificate or communication as to why.
