Best showroom I have ever seen,superb service with radiators at a great price.

Paid for next day delivery (Thursday) didn't get it until the Monday. First person on the phone didn't call me back so had to phone again. Other than that helpful and polite

I bought an electric towel rad with heating element c. 3 years ago... the heating element went wrong (not having had that much use) and needed replacing... the cost of the element was virtually as much as the complete rad + element. Even allowing for inflation that seems bad.. Before buying a rad from this firm I suggest you check what a replacement heating element might be and compare elsewhere... not a great experience.
