Second time I've purchaes electric radiator towel rail. Quality is excellent but reduced to 4 * as this later radiator required additional 180 ml water before I could successfully commission it.

Very straightforward transaction and the towel rail arrived the next day. Very well packaged so no damage in transit. Good assistance when I phoned up with a question. There were heaps of installation instructions but unfortunately most of them did not apply to the item that |I had bought. The radiator looks good in our newly refurbished bathroom.

After some deliberation we plumped for a towel rail/radiator from Geyser. It arrived when they said it would and we had text messages giving an hour time slot and options to change it if not convenient. We opted for the thermostatic element in a pre-filled radiator. There were very good instructions on fitting the element and bleeding the radiator when it is first run. We had a timer already so it was wired in and works well. Would buy from Geyser again, seems a good product at a reasonable price, instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. It was delivered when they said and it works. Long may it continue!
