United Kingdom | 08 March 2017Pleased with an an ex-display designer radiator we bought at a very good price. Problem was delivery, which is "sometime" during the day. Waited in most of the day, then missed it. They were then supposed to leave it at local post office, but it wasn't. So waited in again until early afternoon of next day, when it came. Would be better if Parcelforce would drop items off at an official pick-up place e.g. Argos or a local designated shop - the Post office option they gave will not work for large items.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2017Two thermostats were missing from boxes and the company then refused to re-send them as I had not contacted them to report it within their apparent 14 day post delivery cut off for reporting problems. To replace the missing items they charged me a second time for the parts that were not supplied. My experience with the company was terrible.

Each time we ordered a replacement and each time it was installed easily, has continued to work flawlessly and while the price has increased, it was never by very much and shipping service was always speedy efficient and the item well-protected.

The showroom is only a few miles away from our home so we took a trip down. I have to say showroom looks great, the online showroom doesn't do it justice. The sales person was there to give any information we needed but wasn't stood over us all the time so we felt no pressure to buy and were able to choose in our own time. When we did need assistance the sales person was able to answer all of our questions and when we decided on a radiator the sale was processed promptly. Our item was in stock so we were able to take it away within minutes. You may be able to find some items cheaper on the Internet but being able to get expert advice is worth the premium, the coffee is pretty good too. I have already recommended to friends.

So, armed with their post code, Tom Tom, my wife & I headed to Horwich. We arrived and was greeted by a lady who took us up to the showroom. She asked what it was we were looking for. At this point, my wife and this lady set about spending my money, whilst I was given a coffee to deaden the pain. But, within only minutes, the colour and size was decided and paid for. The service is excellent, I couldn't recommend them enough.
