Very good service

Can’t thank Laura enough for her time and patience, my dog is full of anxiety. He was very distressed on his recent groom, she managed to give him a beautiful cut this is definitely down to her profession manor and empathy. I am embarrassed to say my dog scratched her arm she didn’t mention it until I asked her if he did it. I apologise for the pain this caused her! I highly recommend the groom room, Laura is definitely worth her weight in gold.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to pets at home groomers in Coventry, I have a little miniture dachshund, that has a lot off problems with his front nail, it was ripped out, then when it grew back it was at a very funny angle, my husband took him there , a lovely girl did a great job off cutting his other nails , but did not feel confident to attempt doing the funny nail, and said to bring him back when one of the more experienced groomers were there. My husband took him back today and the man did a wonderful job. So a big thankyou. To him. After many visits to different vets and groomers, I am so happy 😊 to find someone so experienced, 5 stars all round , I will be back soon. From a very grateful owner. Xx

I recently took my dog to Groom room at poole and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The groomer took the time to understand my dog's needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized grooming session. The facility was clean and well-maintained, reflecting their high standards of hygiene and care. My dog, who is usually a little anxious being left for grooming, was surprisingly calm and happy throughout the process. Staff demonstrated exceptional skill and patience, handling my dog with great care. The grooming results were outstanding. My dog's coat was perfectly trimmed, and they smelled fresh and clean. I also appreciated the little touches, Overall, the service was top-notch, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Groom room for anyone looking for quality dog grooming!

When arriving I was there 2 minutes before 9am the staff let in the shop only Vet appts and not groom dogs it was so hot outside I was surprised that 2 minutes before appt mattered. When arriving with the grooming department they as always are friendly polite make your pet feel very welcome and efficient. Our dog came out happy and clean with a waggy tail. She was given a new bandanna. All forms completed and appropriate questioned asked when checking in and when collecting we was updated on her progress and any concerns.

The company and the experience all the staff are always friendly and outgoing and polite even though they are busy doing others thing's they have always got time for people who go in and out.

I paid for a full groom and paid extra for de-shedding. He came back with dirty ears (ear cleaning is specifically mentioned as being included). They didnt bother tidying the hair around his laws. He came back full of loose hair, despite having a full groom. Absolutely useless, incompetent thieves.

Took both my American cocker spaniels yesterday and both came back beautifully cut and happy that they were so much cooler in this weather

Cooper was so well cared for! Lovely shampoo & blow dry!

I booked by dog for full groom at the Watford branch. I explained that my dog can be nervous but has no issues with being blow dried as I blow dry him at home. 20mins after I dropped him off I got a call from the groomer who asked me to come and help out as my dog is freaking out when she’s trying to blow dry him I arrived and tried to calm him down however he was still very nervous. I also told the groomer that the blow dryer seems very hot. Not a normal temperature. After 10mins she said she will not continue and I should take him home and dry him myself and bring him back for a hair cut only. I agreed as I didn’t want my dog to get more anxious. I was asked to pay £30 for the bath which I paid. When we got home i noticed that my dog is still dirty around his belly area so i don’t think she even washed him properly. The haircut was booked for the following week and I was asked to wash him again before I bring him in. I noticed that his right leg appears to have a burn mark which would explain why he was “freaking out” when she was blow drying him. The groomer was very nice however it all felt very rushed and maybe that’s why they ended up burning my dog. He is now extremely afraid of the groomers and we tried to take him for a haircut only but he was too scared so i ended up taking him home. Unfortunately we will not be returning to the groom room again.

Have been coming to the Groom Room several months now and the Staff are all very nice. They always do a very good job on Teddy our Labradoodle whose coat is Poodle type and does get a bit knotty from time to time, he is very nervous but they look after him well and take their time with him

Bonnie goes to the groom room often, she is always nervous but very good, they love her, and look after her so well, she comes away looking beautiful, thank you so much.

Great team, their reception and handover were good. The grooming was done well, extra charged for the special poodle shampoo/conditioner. What can be improved is communication on what was done or not done for the puppy as 1st time owners do not know themselves till they reach home and review the puppy.

Staff were helpful, polite and did a brilliant job. Have already rebooked to go again in September, super happy with the service.
