Ordered on the 27th October, had an email from the company to double check sizes which I appreciated given when ordering clothes online the sizes can be a concern and returning items is a hassle. Within a few days I had confirmation the jacket was out for delivery via FedEx and I was able to track it. It has arrived today (6 days from the order). Quality is excellent for the price on offer and the fit is perfect. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Hawk & Bull were careful to make sure you had the correct size. So after a couple of emails back & forth it was it was dispatched & arrived quite quickly. The leather is soft & the lining is warm all in all good value for money.

I was initially a little nervous about ordering this jacket and was confused by how the jacket would look so I sent a query. Received a prompt reply the next day that cleared up the confusion. Having placed the order, I received a follow up asking me to clarify my sizes to make sure the jacket was correct. Having responded, the order was duly shipped a few days later. Received it 2.5 weeks later. Great price, great quality and great service! Love the jacket, well done team - very happy customer here.

The worst jackets i have ever seen. The material was just the lowest quality ever. Wasted around 200 dollars for some garbage jackets. Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy these jackets. Close your business.

The sizing was pretty regular so go for what you normally go for on a jacket (for this item). The delivery was fast and efficient and the customer service was great as they checked my order had arrived. Would recommend.

I got the Deadpool jacket, and it’s so amazing, exactly like (if not, better than) the pictures! They were also incredibly helpful! There were some issues with the tracking and as soon as I let them know, they corrected it. The jacket fits me a little awkwardly, but it’s a men’s jacket, so I was anticipating that. Once I wear it a little more I’m sure it’ll be more comfy. I got the vegan leather option and it feels just like real leather. Definitely worth the money, and I’ll be recommending this company to anyone who needs a cosplay jacket or is just a superfan.

Seriously though, the jacket is amazing and every step of the way the company actually kept me informed and involved, from asking me for accurate measurements to fit my jacket better to asking if my package had arrived safely. Honestly can't say I've had a more seamless and friendly online purchase interaction. Also the jacket is not exactly what I had thought it was precisely, but that was more on me, and I'm still extremely happy with it. The leather is extremely soft and supple, and for something so seemingly thin it warmed me up upon wearing very quickly. I can't wait to show it off!

Stay clear! Purchased a jacket in the UK and was then contacted to check size. Was then advised right size was ordered but to expect a delay in delivery. It finally arrived, terrible quality but worse still was the fact the it was massive and bared no resemblance to the size guide. Contacted them. Offered money off twice - which part of it is massive and does not fit is hard to grasp? Then told we would have to return and pay postage. No way hozay, it was your mistake. Eventually managed to get refunded including postage, thanks pay pal! The galling thing which may also be fraudulent, was the customs declaration stated it's worth was actually $20 and was being sent as a gift! Tells me all I needed to know about this company. Made, shipped and sent from Pakistan so if under impression they had a UK or other presence, think again!! Waste of time, never again!

My jacket looks exactly like the on-screen version that it is replicating. It looks good and feels good. The quality is outstanding and the time from order to delivery to receiving was first class. Great communication along the way.
