Good morning. I just received my coat in the post… I have to admit i was a bit worried when I discovered it was coming from pakistan, and not the uk… but i must say i love it! Room underneath for thick jumpers, long enough to keep me backside dry, sleeves just finish on my wrist so perfect length and works with my ranch gloves. Thanks guys kudos to you. This jacket was bought for my husband who can be quite fussy about his jackets. Within an hour of ordering they had been in touch to double check the sizing. Then you are kept informed and given a tracking number. The jacket arrived quite quickly well packaged and in good condition. My husband had two minor grumbles, the colour would have been nicer slightly darker and the belt at the hips was too long and flimsy. That was easily fixed with a new belt. The jacket is surprisingly well finished with two inside pockets and two outside pockets perfectly placed for hands. The jacket was also affordably priced. The only problem we had was the payment being taken twice. This was remedied as soon as the company was informed it had happened. This wouldn't put me off ordering again.

The item I ordered was excellent quality. I was notified that it might not be received by Christmas. I was in contact with the staff and they were more than willing to stay in touch with me and keep me updated.
