I bought a leather bomber jacket as a Christmas present for a friend. Shortly after placing the order I received an email from H&B Customer Service asking for exact measurements to ensure the coat fit properly. SO FAR SO GOOD. Then . . . turns out that my order was duplicated so I was charged twice. I contacted H&B Customer Service and they said they would process a refund for the duplicate order - they never did I had to have my credit card company step in and force the refund. I received another email from H&B Customer Service stating that the coat would not arrive on time for Christmas due to current world events. Given current world events - I decided to not cancel the order and told them just please send the coat as soon as possible. The coat arrived a week after Christmas packaged in just a plastic bag via Fed ex. The coat turned out to be damaged so I contacted H&B Customer Service. They said H&B would take $25:00 off of the price of the coat if I decided to keep the coat. I advised the coat was unwearable and I sent it back to them at my expense via UPS and requested a full refund. No refund after several weeks so I contacted them again and they stated that they would process a refund that day. Again, they never did and Again I had my credit card company step in and force the refund.

Really nice coat that I got from them. Fits really great, plus they took time to email me to make sure that I gave them the right size according to their size chart. Tracking the package was great and arrived 3 days early.
