Ben & Sam fitted 5 windows. They were very professional and gave an excellent service. Also, really pleased with the windows.

Very happy with the new front door, above window and surround that has been supplied and fitted. From the staff at the showroom to the fitter- everyone has been friendly, helpful and informative. Having been let down by the fitters in previous companies for Windows, we wish to say what a great job has been done. The fitter spent a fair amount of time ensuring that the finish looked good outside and in. Overall we would highly recommend

Very poor after care service I contacted Caddy Windows to fit 9 PVC windows and 2 doors, February 2020. Initially everything seemed fine, but around December 2023 I started to see a lot of damp around the windows and doors. I contacted Caddy Windows January 2024 to ask them to have a look, and they told me the problem was my paint? Very disingenuous. Unsure of how internal paint could cause damp around the windows and doors. I had an Independent Property Surveyors who is a member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to survey the windows and doors. Who found that the sealant around all my windows and doors had failed. When I asked Caddy Windows to put it right, they refused saying that they only do a 12-month warranty on this, not the 10-year warranty in bold on their website. The initial offer from Caddy Windows they would do the repairs at a cost to me for £240 and they would not reimburse me for the surveyor’s fee of £450.00. Caddy Windows have queried the surveyors report implying that the report was not through and that there are other defects in the property causing the damp around the windows and doors. They have refused to take ownership of the problem. I am now faced with having to pay a more reputable company to put this right and going through the court to get the money back from this unprofessional window company. Caddy Windows need to read and fully understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015. From my experience I would not recommend this company, very poor after sales service and abdication of responsibility. Extremely disappointed.

Great service from Caddy Windows from start to finish. Greg listened to our needs and gave us a great service providing options as we decided what we wanted to go for. When it came to the fitting this high quality service continued with Rich and Sam. Extremely friendly yet still very professional, I was able to chat through with them a few things ahead of the install which was great. They carried out the work to a high standard and took the old windows and doors with them when they left. Since the install we’ve had lots of compliments on the new windows and door and are extremely pleased we decided to get them changed.

Everything about Caddy Windows is total professionalism and quality. From the point of looking at the online catalogue, choosing a preliminary design, looking at physical product examples in the smart showroom, getting an in person visit to help refine the design and final quote, the thorough survey to get measurements exact and to final installation. All within a month. Everyone, from start to finish was friendly and polite. Installers are the best I've seen. Ever. Well done to everyone. This is as good as it gets.

I think Sam and Rich must have come to our house just before they went to the previous reviewer! Sam and Rich were incredibly efficient and pleasant. They worked very hard and very fast, left no mess at all, did a beautiful job and we are delighted with the high standard of their work. Initially we had a problem with the type of lock used on the door. It had no internal latch or handle, so the only way to get out of the house was to find a key and unlock the door from the inside. However, if the key was left in the lock, nobody could get in from the outside. This left my partner and me in danger of locking each other out, something which kept happening. I'm pleased to say that as soon as this difficulty was drawn to Caddy's attention, they sent someone round to change the lock, free of charge, and now all is well. I was impressed with this excellent customer service. I'd recommend other Caddy customers to consider what kind of lock they want on their beautiful new door, and either discuss it when arranging the job or with the fitters when the job is done.
