Excellent service throughout, couldn't ask for anything more.

I was recommended Caddy Windows by my brother and sister in-law. I have to say the service from start to finish was top marks. The flat is now using less central heating as it stays nice and warm so saving me money which is a bonus. The installation team were extremely polite and professional. They were extremely clean couldn't fault them at all. Many thanks to the whole team. Highly recommended.

We have thought long and hard about writing this review as we always like to encourage the use of local businesses. We decided to use Caddy Windows to replace all of our windows and front door primarily based on their excellent reviews even though we had a cheaper quite from another company. Unfortunately, our experience did not match up to those reviews. Firstly, we would like to say that Hannah in the after sales team was amazing from start to finish for which we are very grateful to her. Our fitting was started on 15/7/19 and from the very start there were quite a lot of minor faults, ie most of the astragal bars cut too long, metal locking plates missing, split rubber seals amongst other things with most windows having something wrong. We weren’t too concerned as we were promised everything would be put right. However, after having some rain about a week after installation, we noticed water coming through the seals inside of the opening part of the bedroom and lounge windows. We reported this and after a few visits and attempted repairs with silicone the lounge was repaired but the bedroom continued to let in water. It was at this point that the manufacturer came to our home to inspect and again attempted a repair (again with silicone). He told us that it may be something they can do nothing about because our house is west facing and so more open to the rain and in his words created a ‘perfect storm’. Thankfully Hannah supported our view that this was unacceptable and that the window was not fit for purpose and that the opening part of the window should be replaced. The work was finally completed on 8/10/19. The windows and door does look great now and as yet no more water has come through BUT it’s has taken nearly 3 months, lots of visits and lots of stress to get to this point. We do believe to certain extent that the manufacturers let Caddy down by supplying them with faulty material but as our contract was with Caddy the review has to be for them and so sadly, all things considered, we do not feel that we can recommend Caddy Windows.

The two fitters were on time on both days of the installation. They were polite, industrious, and endeavoured to minimise the disruption and inconvenience the installation would cause my tenants, who are both in their eighties.

Did a very good job, very helpful, can highly recommend them.

Great Service, Great Installation all in a quick Timeframe.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Caddy windows. The initial home visit with Ryan was very informative and I proceeded with Caddy due to the high quality windows for a reasonable price. During installation, Scott and his team were punctual, hardworking and did a great job in installing the windows and doors. I was very impressed with the high quality workmanship and the service received from Caddy windows. I highly recommend this company.

After getting a few quotes for Windows and Doors, we decided to go with Caddy Windows. Dawn was very pleasant( not a pushy sale ). We had a lot of choice, we eventually got the windows and doors we wanted. Installation took 2 days 2 men. The front door arrived with no letterbox, but that's due to the factory, the manager arrived with a temporary letterbox until our matching letterbox arrived. We had an issue with the new cat flap leaking and arrived home after 3 days away in Devon to a very big puddle in the kitchen, luckily the mats on the floor soaked most of it up. I contacted Caddy Windows and someone was there within 1 hour to investigate the problem. The problem was rectified without any hassle. I would recommend Caddy Windows to anyone☺
