Great service and really happy with my new windows - the fitters Ben and Jimmy did a great job, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated with what was happening during the fitting - the whole process was made very easy, would recommend!

We have just had a front Door, and two large windows fitted to our property. Initially, we went to the 'Caddy' showroom and spoke to an advisor. At the showroom, we chose a Door that we liked, and it was fitted within the promised timeframe. We were so pleased that we also ordered two large windows. These too, have now been fitted. I must also comment on the fitters who installed windows and door, they were all excellent. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient, and didn't leave a mess! I would recommend them!

A very smooth, hassle free experience from start to finish. The person who came to do the initial consult did not put me under any pressure at all to have more windows installed (I just wanted ground floor), or a more expensive material, but also made a couple of very helpful suggestions. The time periods between each stage were not too long, which feels unusual nowadays! The surveyor came about a week after my initial consult, then the fitting around a month after that. The price I felt was reasonable, and was less than I expected. The fitters themselves did a great job, kept mess to a minimum, clearly explained the process, aftercare etc. and also tweaked the back door alignment to ensure a smooth fit. Overall, I'm very happy with the service, and would not hesitate to recommend Caddy.

I had new windows to the front of my house supplied and fitted by Caddy Windows. The whole process of ordering, surveying etc was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner. The two fitters Dan and Kieron did a very professional job with very little fuss even vacuumed the rooms after they had finished. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Caddy Windows.
