Everyone was friendly and helpful and they accommodated my preferred fitting date. After shopping around for quotes I found Caddy Windows quote very competitive for such a good product. Everything - Kieran and Ben arrived to fit my double glazed windows and doors, they both were very friendly and polite. They were very informative, super clean and tidy. If you wanted to ask a question about what they were doing they were happy to help. They did an outstanding job and left us with all the information we needed to take of our new windows and doors.

Really impressive, well organised, company. From the initial sales appointment to survey and fitting was a good experience. No long wait for quotes to be issued and only 2 or three weeks from survey to fitting. The price was reasonable and the fitter who installed the windows (Scott) had obviously worked for the company for a while and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We are very happy with our new door supplied and fitted by Caddy Windows. Scott the installer was great and done a really good job. He was polite and respectful at all times and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. We had a small issue that Amy was very helpful with and it was rectified very early the next morning so we are very happy. Looking forward to using their service again with another door we need replacing.

Installation was extremely professional and excellent installers. Craig and Jimmy listened to everything we wanted to achieve and delivered pragmatic solutions.

New Endurance front door. Easy to choose options online for colour, glazing, lock, knocker and letterbox. Caddy Windows gave pompt and friendly service giving quote, which included the door and separate top light in a single frame, with flexible payment options. Once quote agreed, Caddy's surveyor visited within a few days to check measurenents. Fitting took place within the 4 weeks estimated. Caddy's two very pleasant and professional professional fitters removed the old door, frame and top light, installed the new one with minimal damage and left the site clean and tidy. All within a few hours. Great job.

Really happy with my experience with Caddy Windows. The sales guy Jamie was really helpful and provided a decent quote. The door looks amazing, great quality and value for money. The fitter Scott was really lovely and friendly and did a brilliant job. Only downside was he was a Bristol City fan! 🤣

Bought a new front door from Caddy Windows, the installation was done efficiently and neatly, installer was polite. My only small complaint is that the installer didn’t help me to check that I could open the door so I ended up having to call the company back as I couldn’t initially open the door from outside - however they sent someone back very quickly who showed me the “knack” and pointed out that some part of the frame was screwed on a little too tightly which was making it difficult to open. Again, they then sent someone back that afternoon to readjust and it’s worked perfectly since. Overall great service - I would just recommend checking that you can open the door from the outside before the installer leaves!

This was the second time we have used Caddy Windows and once again they didn’t disappoint. The entire process from Clive’s visit to the final installation was faultless. The new windows and door are top quality and this was matched by the workmanship of Ben and Callum who carried out the installation.
