Excellent service throughout, the staff were approachable and helpful at all times. I had the opportunity to view a range of options for my windows and the surveyors were quick and efficient. The installation team were courteous and tidy, completing the installation of windows and doors efficiently. I recommend the firm and would not hesitate to use them again.

A very professional job from start to finish from a company who care about their customers. From 1 2 1 advice in showroom on choosing a suitable window profile and glass, to meticulous measuring up of a wonky frame in my old Victorian house, to speedy neat installation by nice cheery Scott who cleaned up after himself and took all the old gubbins away, and made the walls and sill good again around the new window. It looks great inside and out and will stop all the draughts and heat loss in my entrance hall. £500 for the whole job for a very large window and worth every penny. I highly recommend Caddy Windows, old fashioned service and attention to detail. Thanks Caddy!
