Although one of the windows did not fit on the day of installation, it was put right quickly and effectively. A new window was installed within a week. We are pleased.

The whole experience from enquiring, visiting the showroom, ordering and installation has been a dream. Craig and Jimmy were the icing on the cake, really friendly, accommodating and brilliant quality of work.

For our installation Craig and Jimmy did a brilliant job. When they arrived they laid sheets down to protect our carpets and floors, and then before starting Craig talked us through the plan of work, timeline, and made sure we understood everything before they started. Craig and Jimmy were punctual each morning, and asked us promptly if they needed us to make decisions that would affect future work we are planning to do around our windows. Craig made sure to explain what he was doing and why, and made sure we understood before doing it. All of the work was completed to a high standard, and Craig and Jimmy showed us how to operate and maintain our windows. When they were finished they cleaned everything and took all the waste away, and then vacuumed thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Craig and Jimmy for window installation.

Craig and coworker were kind and helpful and did an efficient job fitting the windows. They spotted an internal mark on one of the panes and got it replaced quickly.

Caddy Windows installed our new windows and front door over two days with minimal damage and disruption to our house, they cleaned up after each installation. Overall we are very happy with their product, the standard of workmanship and the finished installation. A very professional approach and installation, with our house being warmer and more comfortable now.

We are so happy with our windows and doors from Caddy. From the sales department to the installation it’s has just been professional throughout. The price we paid for the work was really reasonable and the standard of service is really high. They did our whole house within 3 days and you’d barely know they were here there’s barely any mess! Great service throughout and a high quality product

We used Caddy Windows for a window replacement and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. From the beginning their prices were amazingly competitive in comparison to other companies we’d spoken to and they were easy to get hold of. Mark was our fitter and he did a great job. Really polite, quick and didn’t leave a spot of mess - you wouldn’t even know he’d been (aside from the new window!). We’ll definitely use them again when the time comes to replace our other windows :-)

Excellent fitting service, on time, tidy and friendly

Jimmy and Craig did a brilliant job on my windows. They were hardworking, tidy, and worked to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We had our porch door and side/top lights replaced by Caddy, and overall, I am very impressed with the job and overall look of the new door. We took months to decide on our final finish and the team in the showroom were helpful and responsive over email, though it would be helpful if there were more options available in the showroom to be able to see what the finished product would look like. When it came to installation, the fitters were so lovely and worked quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong lock was supplied by the factory, and it took 10 days for the new one to arrive, but as soon as it did, it was fitted and the job finished quickly. Aside from some knocks and scratches in the installation, the job went smoothly and overall we're really happy. We would recommend & book Caddy again!

Scott from Caddy windows arrived at pre booked time. He was polite and fitted our new back door which now looks amazing and more importantly there’s no more drafts blowing through the house. Before Scott finished he tidied up his work mess and checked we knew how to use the door and that we were happy with everything. We have used Caddy windows previously and would definitely use again.

I was very anxious replacing all my front windows but caddy windows have been amazing from the quoting processes through to fitting.
