I’ve just had the pleasure of having Craig and Jimmy installing the windows and front door of my home. I was a little unsure of which window company to go with as there were so many out there, at the end we chose Caddy Windows due to their very good reviews and competitive price. Craig and Jimmy were professional, kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure the best for our home. They have a good reputation already that they also upheld in my home. Jimmy even pointed out the scratch to the on-site quality inspector Greg on one of my windows that Caddy Windows are happily replacing. The windows and doors make our home look both expensive and modern. I would like to give a special thank you to Craig, Jimmy, Joe, Clive, Greg and all the team!

Guys arrived on time to fit 2 doors & 1 window. Very tidy, polite and I was updated all through the process. Had a little problem with the door key a couple of hours after job completed, rang caddy windows and the fitter was back straight away and problem solved.

We purchased a new door from Caddy Windows. Communication throughout the process was very good. Ben & Kieran did an excellent job fitting the door despite it being a tricky space. They were done in a morning and left the area clean and tidy. We were very happy with the overall service.

Mark and Ethan were friendly, considerate and basically excellent workers. My only complaints relate to a quantity of Silicone Sealant spilt/splashed on my oak kitchen cupboard door (for the most part I managrd to scrub it off) and one upper opening window which had the stays left in place and I couldn't close the window. I eventually realised the stays had been left and removed them so it would close. The windows are good quality.

Craig and Jimmy fitted our windows and were fantastic, informing me at all stages of what they were doing, the decisions they were making to install in our old property, and allowing me space to effect small repairs to our stonework in between window removal and replacement, which has made the finish better. Thanks guys!

Mark and Ethan were really friendly, efficient and tidy, they've done an excellent job on our new french doors, we couldn't be happier with the work. Clive was also very professional when he carried out the initial visit and we were kept well informed of when the work would take place. We would not hesitate to recommend Caddy Windows.

They clearly laid out the timeline and came in a week earlier than expected. The fitters, Kieran and Ben, were efficient and friendly. They did a great job and tidied up well after themselves. Bought a number of years ago, installation was good, customer service not so good. Rubber seal of glass panel failed they changed but left with two different colour glass panels, original has gone yellow and new one is clear. Also the colour of the door has faded, I have contacted customer service a number of times and nothing gets done. Now all rubbers seals of the other panels (total of 4)are failing and I can’t get any answers or solutions from anyone. So the whole look of our front door looks very poor.

I had one large sliding door installed in my house in December 2021. The quality of the door is amazing, and it looks great! Caddy Windows have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I would happily recommend them for all your window and door needs.

We had our front windows replaced by Caddy Windows. The actual windows are excellent, as was the service. The fitters, Craig and Jimmy were real craftsmen, knowledgeable, meticulous and very professional. They finished off surrounds beautifully and were very clean, tidy and very respectful of our home.
